What is EIDBI?

Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI)

This program is aimed to provide the medically necessary early intensive intervention for people with Autistic Spectrum Disorders and related conditions while providing education, training, and support to parents and families.

EIDBI promotes independence and participation in family, school, and community life while improving the long-term quality of life for those with ASD and their families.

What does this mean for your family?

Our program helps children with ASD and similar conditions thrive in their community and at home.

Our professional team works with you and your child to help you understand what your child needs, how they see the world, and how they can thrive and be prepared for life ahead.

How do we achieve this together?

  • Determine eligibility and your family’s level of need.

  • Developing a personalized treatment plan.

  • Ongoing sessions for both you, and your child.

Where do we provide services?

We provide services in a clinical setting,  in homes, community settings, school, and via telehealth.

What approach do we use?

Our program uses the DIRFloortime modality as our primary approach to treatment planning and  intervention. This approach is rooted in child development and respects individual differences while nurturing relationships. All staff receive ongoing professional DIRFloortime training and mentorship in accordance with the International Council of Development and Learning (ICDL) guidelines. For those families looking for a more structured intervention we also provide an alternate holistic approach to using the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) modality. This approach to ABA adheres to our primary DIRFloortime principles. Parents and caregivers are also empowered to select their desired approach based on family preferences.
